Bart Druzba


Bart Druzba is a real estate broker, with vast experience in the real estate industry. His passion for real estate reaches all the way back to his teenage years. While Bart was obtaining his Honours Degree in Political Science at York University his interest for real estate was evolving. Bart was continuously studying real estate markets and following the ever changing market trends. 


Bart recognizes and values the trust that his clients place in him. This is why Bart prides himself on his honest approach where he openly discusses the benefits for the homeowner or prospective buyer while not discounting issues that may also be present. This allows any seller or buyer to make an informed decision based on his guidance and professional advice.

Matt Kipczak


Matt Kipczak (Kip-chak) epitomizes integrity drive, energy, hard work, results, and creative service in every detail of your real estate journey. Matt has a cosmopolitan background. He graduated from Copernicus University in Poland (International Relations) and Law School in Florence, Italy (University of Florence).


After 6 successful years working with multi-national corporations in downtown Toronto, Matt decided to pursue his passion for real estate. His knowledge and corporate experience have provided him with valuable skills that he uses daily in real estate service and negotiations helping his customers to leverage the ideal outcome and reach their real estate goals. Matt’s specific areas of expertise include: contract negotiation, contract management, strategic planning, customer relationship management, transaction management and customer service.


Matt understands how important buying, selling or investing in real estate is therefore his main goal is to make this process smooth, easy, and as enjoyable as possible for his clients.
